Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and SSCVeers about your use of SSCVeers. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not create an account.
1. What SSCVeers is
SSCVeers is a study tool for candidates preparing for Staff Selection Commission examinations. It provides an AI tutor, practice questions, mock tests, previous-year question material, generated study notes and progress tracking.
SSCVeers is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Staff Selection Commission or any government body. It does not conduct examinations, issue results, or influence recruitment in any way. See the Disclaimer for what this does and does not mean for the content you read here.
2. Your account
You need an email address and a password to use SSCVeers. You must be at least 12 years old. One account is for one person: keep your password to yourself, and tell us at kumarpushu74@gmail.com if you think someone else has it.
You are responsible for what happens under your account. If the email address you register is not one you control, we cannot help you recover access — password recovery works by sending a code to that address.
3. Free and Pro plans
Every feature is metered. The free plan and the Pro plan differ in how much you may use, not in which features exist:
- AI tutor messages: 15 AI tutor messages per day on the free plan, 100 AI tutor messages per day on Pro.
- mock tests: 2 mock tests per month on the free plan, 60 mock tests per month on Pro.
- PDF note generations: 2 PDF note generations per month on the free plan, 50 PDF note generations per month on Pro.
These Pro figures are fair-use caps, not a promise of unlimited use. Anything on SSCVeers that describes Pro as “unlimited” is loose wording — the numbers above are what the service enforces, and the live figures for your account are always shown on the Pro page. We may raise an individual account's cap on request; we will not lower the published caps for a plan you have already paid for during that plan's term.
4. Paying for Pro
Payment is a UPI transfer, verified manually by an administrator. In practice: you pay the amount shown on the Pro page using your own UPI app, then submit the transaction reference and a screenshot. Someone checks it — usually within a few hours — and your account switches to Pro for the number of days shown for that plan.
Three things follow from this being a manual process rather than a payment gateway:
- Nothing renews by itself. No card or UPI mandate is stored, so nothing can be charged again. When your paid days run out, the account returns to the free plan and you decide whether to pay again.
- Pro starts when the payment is verified, not when you send the money. Submitting proof is not the same as being upgraded.
- A transaction reference can only be used once, and there is a limit of three payment submissions per day per account, to stop reused or fabricated proofs.
The introductory price, where offered, is for a first purchase only. What happens if a payment is rejected, or if you want your money back, is set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
5. How you may use it
Study material, generated notes and AI answers are for your own preparation. You may not resell them, redistribute them as your own product, or share your account with others. The Acceptable Use Policy lists what is not allowed in more detail and forms part of these terms.
You keep ownership of what you write and upload. You give us permission to store and process it for the purpose of running the service for you — which includes sending it to the providers listed in the Privacy Policy, because that is how the AI tutor works.
6. What we do not promise
SSCVeers is provided as it is. Specifically, and honestly:
- AI-generated answers, questions and notes can be wrong. They are not verified by a subject expert before you see them.
- We do not promise a particular score, a particular result, or selection in any examination.
- We do not promise the service will be available without interruption. It depends on third-party providers, and it is taken offline for maintenance.
- We do not promise that syllabus, pattern or previous-year content matches the current official notification. Always check the official source.
7. Ending the agreement
You may stop using SSCVeers at any time. To close the account for good, use Delete my account in the Data tab of Settings. That erases your study data and turns off sign-in immediately, and it cannot be reversed. Records of payments you made are kept as receipts with your identity removed, so a past transfer can still be traced if it is ever queried. Any Pro period you have not used up ends with the account and is not refunded — see the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks the Acceptable Use Policy, submits false payment proof, or is used in a way that damages the service or other users. Where the breach is not deliberate we will normally warn you first.
8. Changes
These terms can change. The effective date at the top of this page tells you which version applies. If a change materially reduces what you get, and you are inside a paid Pro term, the version in force when you paid governs that term.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Delhi, and any dispute is to be heard there.
